Hours:
10 am - 3.30 pm; Monday - Thursday

Cancellations:
We require 2 full working days' notice of cancellation, otherwise the normal treatment fee may be charged if the appointment cannot be filled. Answerphone facilities are available after hours.

Please note: if making an appointment via email, there will be a charge for any appointment which is missed. This includes those which have been offered and reserved for you, unless you have specifically refused an appointment or cancelled it.

Medical Questionnaire:
It is helpful and time-saving if a medical/lifestyle questionnaire can be completed prior to your first appointment. When possible we prefer to e-mail this directly to you; alternatively, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete the form.
