9 am - 3 pm; Monday - Thursday

Cancellations:
We require a full 24-hours' notice of cancellation, otherwise the normal treatment fee may be charged if the appointment cannot be filled. Answerphone facilities are available after hours.

Medical Questionnaire:
It is helpful and time-saving if a medical/lifestyle questionnaire can be completed prior to your first appointment. When possible we prefer to e-mail this directly to you; alternatively, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete the form.
